Registration for Sponsors, Exhibitors, and Advertisers

We want to sponsor/exhibitor/advertiser at the following level:*

- Platinum Sponsorship (1 slot): $5,000.00
- Gold Sponsorship (2 slots): $4,000.00
- Silver Sponsorship (3 slots): $3,000.00
- Bronze Sponsorship (1 slot): $2,000.00
- Wellness and Wellbeing Sponsorship (4 slots): $1,500.00
- Breakout Session Sponsorship (6 slots): $1,000.00
- Corporate Exhibitor: $450.00
- Not-for-Profit Exhibitor: $300.00
- NYSPHA Org/University Member Exhibitor: $200.00
- Resource Guide Advertiser (full): $200.00
- Resource Guide Advertiser (half): $100.00

- Full page ad is 8×10.5.
- Half page ad is 8 x 5 horizontal or 3.5 x 10.5 for vertical
- File types: JPEG and PNG preferred.
