Conference registrations may be completed online and paid online via credit card. If you are unable to pay by credit card, you may also complete your payment offline via check or purchase order by registering online with the code “PAYBYCHECK”, printing your confirmation form and mailing it with payment to:

Registrations must be paid by April 25th to secure your spot. Registrations not paid by then will be cancelled. Please send an email to us with any questions.
Registration on-site is available but we highly recommend you complete the registration form online to secure your spot.
Transfer/Cancellation Policy
If you register for the conference and cannot attend, you may transfer your registration to another person. All transfer/cancellation requests must be submitted in writing and received by NYSARH no later than April 24, 2024. Please submit your request via email to info@nysarh.org.
Conference Agenda
The conference will begin on Wednesday, May 1st with a Learning Institute from 12- 4:30 PM.
The full conference will begin at 4:30 PM on Wednesday, May 1st with an Opening Event featuring exhibitors, networking, hors d’oeuvres and an awards presentation. General session begins at 8:30 AM Thursday, May 2nd and event continues through 2 PM on Friday, May 3rd.
